Description of duties Repair and refurbish Apple devices, understanding which models and repairs we complete and why. Attend trainings as needed for up-to-date Apple device repair knowledge. Track usage of parts, tools, supplies, and inventory. Organize devices according to repair needs as they flow into the Repairs department. Handle delicate and sensitive products with utmost care. Process inventory for deliveries/pickups. Sort, organize, and store inventory in the proper location. Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors. Stack and organize large bulk items. Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse. Ensure the workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards. Keep warehouse premises neat and clean. Work as an active team member to complete team goals. Update logs and documentation for inventory processing. Integrate best practices in handling warehouse materials. Data entry as needed. Qualifications/Requirements 1-2 years of experience in repairing iPads. Excellent verbal and written skills. Great organizational skills and attention to detail. Apple experience is a plus. Warehouse experience is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent. Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds. Able to stand, sit, move, squat, and walk during the course of the shift.
