Job Description

Our Risk, Regulatory & Compliance Business Unit supports clients' technical program management needs. Having experienced significant growth, we seek to expand our team working with major technology firms. Our expertise in Technical Program Management, Product Management, and Project Management has driven our success.

We are seeking talented TPMs at the consultant level and above with proven client-facing success in areas such as:

  • Compliance and Legal Technology Solutions
  • Data Science / AI / GenAI Implementation
  • Process Improvement
  • SQL and Reporting Tools
  • PM/Agile/Scrum
  • Fintech / Payments
  • Product / Application Development
  • Code Reviews / Quality Assurance
  • A/B Testing
  • Prototyping
  • Business / Functional / Technical Requirements
  • Automation

Responsibilities

  • Deliver client projects on-site or remotely
  • Manage projects and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams, contribute to communications and readiness activities
  • Report on progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and program health
  • Maintain project repositories
  • Develop high-quality, timely deliverables
  • Conduct research and business analysis
  • Assist in preparing client proposals
  • Support practice, thought leadership, and talent development

Required Skills

  • At least 3 years of management consulting experience
  • SQL proficiency
  • Experience with AI/GenAI solutions
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate project requirements and progress
  • Work with product owners and engineering teams to implement solutions
  • Define product roadmaps, goals, and metrics
  • Build relationships with stakeholders
  • Assess new requirements and integration needs
  • Identify and mitigate risks
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Develop expertise and stay updated on technology trends
  • Operate independently and collaboratively
