We’re looking for skilled CNC Machinists to join manufacturing teams across Washington, Ozaukee, and northern Milwaukee Counties. If you take pride in precision work and enjoy running high-quality equipment, this is a great opportunity to put your experience to use.

Positions Available:

• CNC Lathe Operators
• CNC Mill Operators
• CNC Swiss Machinists
• CNC Setup Operators

Pay: $20–$28+/hour, depending on experience

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate a variety of CNC machines to produce precision parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and inspection plans
• Adjust tool offsets and machine parameters as needed
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Maintain equipment and ensure quality and safety standards are met

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of CNC machining or setup experience preferred
• Strong understanding of G-code, tooling, and machine setup procedures
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues
• Experience with any of the following a plus: Haas, Mazak, Okuma, Fanuc, or Swiss-style lathes
