Responsibilities: (THIS IS NOT REMOTE POSITION) Onsite position 4 Days Muskegon Client 1 Day Holland Client
• Managing the Cloud Environment and Data Storage – Ability to manage cloud environments and data storage infrastructure.
Must be able to ensure data security, backup plans, maintain efficient systems, and optimize systems.
• Providing End-User and internal team support is critical to this position.
Ability to assist with issues related to cloud services, troubleshoot problems, and guide best practices to optimize users’ experience
• Troubleshooting and Debugging Cloud Computing Issues. Ability to troubleshoot technical problems, debug issues in real time and implement solutions to ensure continuous operation of cloud services.
• Performing Software Integration.
Ability to integrate multiple software programs for customers in the cloud environment. Software programs like QuickBooks, Sage, and other software packages are important to our customers and the ability to keeping them running continuously and efficiently is important.
• System Integration – Ability to achieve seamless integration of various systems and applications within cloud environments. Ability to ensure that diHerent software and hardware components work together cohesively and eHiciently. Must be able to ensure that solutions can facilitate smooth data flow and communication between different cloud-based platforms and on-premises systems. Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience with Cloud Platforms.
Experience with Azure, US Signal, and AWS are a plus.
• Security Knowledge – Experience with managing identities, legal compliance, and cloud security best practices, such as, encryption, control of access and identity, and adherence to security guidelines.
• Experience and understanding of cloud networking environments.
• Experience with automation and scripting that will assist in making tasks in the cloud environment faster and more efficient.
