RemX Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly self- motivated and experienced Clinical Research Project Manager in Tustin, CA. 

• 1st Shift : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• 100% Onsite

Job Description:

• The PM responsibilities include the coordination and completion of assigned projects on time, within budget and scope
• The PM will establish timelines, monitor and summarize progress, and develop status reports for management
• It will be important for the PM to have some knowledge about the goals of the projects while tracking details, identifying areas of risk and resolving issues in a timely fashion
• Managing research projects including collaborative research projects with strategic partners,
• Overseeing the development of study protocols, coordinating regulatory approval form the institutional review boards to assure regulatory compliance.
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of research studies with participants, including onboarding the participants, consenting them, check-ins, distributing incentives, collecting data, timely data sharing, developing systems to ensure protocol compliance and patient safety, etc.
• Responsible for screening and recruitment of potential patients for protocol eligibility and supporting the informed consent process.
• Responsible for accurate and timely data collection, documentation, entry and reporting, including resolution of queries from strategic partners.
• Conducting weekly chart reviews for study participants in EPIC.
• Provides support for the preparation of publications, presentations and special projects, including research publications.
• Responsible for ensuring quality of care through quality data abstraction and audits including identification of cases, data entry and submission; data verification and preparation of reports.
• Maintain relationships with medical and clinical staff to ensure compliance and ongoing performance improvement to improve the quality of care based on the abstracted data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e. nursing, life science, public health)
• 5+ years of relevant experience or combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
