About the Role:
As a Client Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for comprehensive data entry and maintaining client profile information. This position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing you to work from the office three days a week and enjoy the flexibility of working from home on the other days.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage the creation and update requests for client accounts
Verify and maintain accurate client profile information
Process online bidder approvals and requests
Create and manage reports, shipping instructions, and shop emails
Oversee mailing list data entries
Process bidder/show cards and verify sales tax information
Manage client survey responses and feedback
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma required
Experience: At least 2 years of data entry experience preferred
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to multitask with attention to detail
Attitude: Positive mindset with a strong willingness to learn
Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
Work Environment:

Hybrid work schedule (2 days remote, 3 days in-office)
Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
