Job Details

We are seeking a Civil Defense Attorney to join our Dallas office, with flexibility for hybrid work and consideration for a wide range of experience levels.

Job Description:

* Handle a diverse caseload of civil defense and Insurance Defense cases from inception through resolution.
* Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
* Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and participate in trials or alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
* Collaborate with clients to develop defense strategies and provide proactive legal counsel.
* Maintain high standards of client service, communication, and professional ethics.

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active Texas Bar membership in good standing.
* Experience in civil defense litigation, or Insurance Defense with flexibility to consider candidates from junior to senior levels.
* Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
* Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively in a team environment.
* Commitment to delivering strategic, results-oriented representation for clients.
