About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join a dynamic and rapidly growing legaltech SaaS start-up. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy, scaling the sales team, and ensuring the alignment of marketing, sales, and customer success efforts to maximize revenue growth. This pivotal role involves overseeing the revenue generation processes, optimizing go-to-market strategies, and working towards the company's ambitious growth and IPO objectives. The CRO will also be expected to foster a high-performing culture and collaborate with the executive team to drive the business forward. Applicants for the CRO position should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A proven track record in a similar executive role within a high-growth SaaS or technology company, particularly in scaling revenue, is essential.
