About the Role
Join our dynamic team as the Chief of Staff to the CEO, a key position that calls for a driven and ambitious leader. In this role, you will spearhead strategic initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and facilitate collaboration across various functions. You will have the unique opportunity to lead the Founder's Office, manage top business priorities, and develop an effective leadership operating model. Your focus will be on accelerating business operations across all areas, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI and implementing automation to drive process improvements.
Ideal candidates will have 6-12+ years of experience in operations and/or strategic roles, complemented by a robust background in management consulting, high-growth technology firms, investment banking, or a blend of these sectors. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal capabilities, and a history of leading cross-functional initiatives. An AI-native mindset, proficiency in navigating high-growth and ambiguous environments, and experience working with global teams are essential. This role is designed for highly organized, detail-oriented individuals who excel in managing multiple priorities and are eager to contribute significantly to our organization’s growth.
