Formulation Operator

Rotating 12-hour Swing Shift

Franklinton, NC

$20.00/Hour

As a Formulation Operator, you will operate processing equipment for the production of industrial enzymes. We're looking for an energetic individual who is ready to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment. We are responsible for creating a safe work environment and culture and keeping our promises as an outstanding supplier of biological solutions and services.

Description :

• Operating a bridge crane, yard vehicle, and preparing raw materials for use in process equipment
• Taking production samples and analyzing those samples in the production laboratory as well as acting based on the obtained results.
• Maintaining plant cleanliness in accordance with good manufacturing practices.

Qualifications :

• High School diploma or equivalent (mandatory) with demonstrated Math/Arithmetic skills (preferred)
• Relevant production experience (preferred)
• Ability to operate computerized control equipment, completing all reports and documentation.
• Effective written and oral communication skills (necessary)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, move/pull hoses weighing up to 20 pounds, climb stairs frequently, work at elevated heights and in confined spaces, bend, and turn valves using tools such as wrenches, etc.
• Ability to move various materials and tankers using a motorized forklift vehicle and yard jockey.
