As a Chemical Operator will be responsible for machine set-up and material preparations to manufacture the material.

Coating or Chemical Machine Operation
Trouble shooting machinery
Quality and Documenting production records
Prepare coating machinery before each production run by adjusting settings according to job
specifications, such as coating thickness, speed, and temperature.
Loading raw materials, including substrates and coating materials, into the machine feed
system, ensuring correct quantities and types are used.
Qualications:
2+ years machine operating experience – setting up, taking measurements, quality inspection, packaging, and
coating is required or a skill that is easily transferable.
1 + experience in chemical handling is preferred.
1+ years of experience driving a forklift is preferred.
Training or certification in coating technology or related field is a plus.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
2nd shift opportunity with overtime working 3:30pm-1:30am Monday-Thursday with Friday, Saturday and Sunday off, paying $17-21/hour depending on experience.
