We’re hiring Entry-Level Charity Event Assistants to support nonprofit fundraising campaigns , community events , and public outreach initiatives . In this role, you’ll help organize and execute live charity events that raise awareness and funds for causes that matter.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of charity events, pop-up fundraisers, and outreach activations
Represent national nonprofits and community-focused initiatives in a professional, engaging manner
Greet attendees, answer questions, and promote the mission and goals of our charity partners
Collect donations and support donor enrollment efforts through face-to-face conversations
Maintain accurate records of event performance, donor interactions, and outreach results
Collaborate with your team to improve event execution and audience engagement
Support team training and development as you grow into a leadership role
You don’t need experience—just passion , people skills , and a willingness to learn .
Outgoing, friendly, and passionate about helping others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Able to thrive in fast-paced, public-facing environments
18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or GED required (college coursework is a plus)
Backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, or events are helpful but not required
