\n\nTransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations based in Kankakee, Illinois.
\n\nThis position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
\n\nCDL A Driver Details
\n\nSchedule: M-F; 3AM - 6AM start time
\n\t\nPay: $1,000 - $1,375 Per Week
\n\t\nRoute Type: local
\n\t\nFreight / Load Type: Non-hazmat waste or IBC totes
\n\t\nEquipment: Automatic Mack or International trucks, pulling tankers or 53' dry vans
\n\t\nHandling: Hook and unhook tanker hoses
\n\t\nCDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:
\n\nLicense: CDL A
\n\t\nExperience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
\n\t\nEndorsements: Tanker
\n\t\n\tEquipment Experience: 6 months of Tanker experience
\n\t\nClean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
\n\t\nMust meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
\n\t\nCDL A Driver Responsibilities:
\n\nSafely operate newer, automatic Mack and International trucks, pulling tankers or 53' dry vans on local routes
\n\t\nTransport Non-hazmat waste and/or IBC totes in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
\n\t\nPerform required handling tasks including hooking and unhooking tanker hoses
\n\t\nComplete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
\n\t\nMaintain accurate logs and paperwork
\n\t\nCommunicate effectively with dispatch and operations
\n\t\nMeet the physical demands of the role, including hook and unhooking tanker hoses & those from IBC totes when needed
