Job Description
Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking an Budget Analyst t o support the Land Systems Operational Test Authority (LSOTA).
Provide operating advice and assistance to LSOTA lines of business on administrative management issues, such as financial planning and budgeting, equity and asset management, records management, office planning, strategic and organizational planning, site selection, new program/project startups, and business process improvement. Assist LSOTA with continuing to shape their overall business strategy to include developing strategic plans and determining and assessing operational and strategic performance.
Provide daily/monthly program management throughout the program and/or initiative life cycle to include defining the program governance (controls), planning the overall program and monitoring the progress; managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements; coordinating the projects and their interdependencies; managing and utilizing resources across projects; managing stakeholders' communication, aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program's "outcome" and managing the main program/initiative documentations. Conduct research and data analysis to inform business decisions with monthly reports using Projects online data analysis.
Fifteen years of experience in budget execution, program management and testing background Master degree/ PHD. 17 years or more experience with BA or BS degree.
Mid-senior level 12 years with MA, Phd degree. 15 years or more with BA or BS degree
Clearance : Must be able to acquire a CBP BI.
Location: CBP
Travel: The Contractor will be authorized travel expenses consistent with the substantive provisions of the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) and the limitation of funds specified in this contract.
