This full-time role is ideal for a recent college graduate or emerging professional who wants to build a long-term career in restaurant leadership, business operations, or pursue Chick-fil-A’s highly competitive Leadership Development Program (LDP). Operator Frankie Turner has served as an Owner/Operator for over 30 years and currently leads two thriving Chick-fil-A locations in Maryville and Alcoa. He has personally developed more than 15 leaders into Chick-fil-A Owner/Operators or LDP participants. Frankie is known for his exceptional culture, strong mentorship, and proven ability to grow future leaders.

Your Impact

Background Profile

• Bachelor's Degree required
  
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience

• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
  
• Strong interest in long-term career growth, including potential Chick-fil-A LDP participation
