Our award-winning work around the country has been featured in numerous national publications such as Architectural Digest, Veranda, and House Beautiful. We seek an experienced Cabinet Finisher to join our growing team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Painting and priming wood cabinets, doors, and panels.
  • Staining wood cabinets, doors, and panels.
  • Sanding and repairing products.
  • Help create standard and multi-step samples for new projects.
  • Mixing and matching client product control samples (paint and stain)
  • Use the Kremlin spray system to apply finishes.
  • Perform special projects and complete all other duties as assigned or requested.
Education & Experience Requirement:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Willing to learn and accept new challenges.
  • Quality orientation with an eye for fine detail.
  • Production orientation in approach and ability to meet deadlines.
  • You must maintain a high degree of personal and environmental safety, including properly handling paints and solvents and wearing masks, earplugs, and other devices essential to protect your safety.
  • Must tolerate working in an environment with fumes, noise, dust, and other elements necessary for a finishing operation.
  • Experienced in wood finish processes, including mixing, color matching, staining, spraying, high gloss, etc., is preferred.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and deal with stressful situations.
Physical Requirements & Work Demands:
  • This position will require you to work in a non-climate-controlled shop environment.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, climb, bend, kneel, squat, and climb ladders to access all parts needing to be finished.
  • Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. consistently and 75 lbs. occasionally.
