In this direct hire, Business Analyst position, you will work with customers and engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and manage business applications functionality. The Business Analyst will define business requirements and functional specifications as well as manage business application vendors. Additionally, the position will manage all aspects of user acceptance testing, creating and executing test plans, identifying and resolving bugs/defects and documenting results. This position will play a critical role in ensuring technology meets business goals.

Salary: $55K + Bonus

Location: Hybrid with 2 days in Scottsdale office

Background Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field – Strongly Preferred
• Business Systems Analyst Experience or Education in Business Systems Analysis (Could be a completed Internship with or without the degree)
• You are Flexible & Thrive working in a Startup environment doing Dynamic work
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills with keen ability to work will within a collaborative cross-functional team environment
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Critical thinker with an Analytical mindset and ability to pay close attention to detail
• Experience with business applications like Firelight (e-apps), Surancebay (agent onboarding), and Imagisoft (illustrations) or similar - Preferred
• Must be U.S. Citizen or Current U.S. Green Card holder to be considered, no sponsorships
