Job Description

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases.
• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to assess solution options

Process Modeling & Optimization

• Map current and future state business processes.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Support change management initiatives by modeling impact scenarios

Project Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

• Facilitate meetings, track project milestones, and ensure timely updates in tools like JIRA
• Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
• Escalate blockers and ensure alignment across squads

Documentation & Communication

• Maintain documentation repositories (e.g., workflows, meeting minutes, priority lists).
• Prepare decks for quarterly reviews and roadmap updates
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Testing & Validation

• Develop test scenarios and scripts for system integration testing.
• Ensure testing outcomes align with business expectations.
• Support QA teams in translating requirements into test plans

Agile & Squad Engagement

• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, retrospectives, and grooming sessions.
• Contribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning
