*Please note - this position is seagoing, and requires a 4-6 month contract on board a luxury cruise ship. Please only apply if your situation is flexible enough for a role at sea!

Diamonds International is on the hunt for Brand Ambassadors to work with our retail teams on board multiple major cruise lines! As one of the world's largest travel retailers with a focus on the cruise markets, DI houses a variety of luxury brands in their stores on board cruise ships worldwide and in the ports of call.

Be the go-to for:

• Luxury Sales — As THE shopping expert on board, you will be like a CELEBRITY! You will promote a variety of high-end luxury retail brands and educate cruise ship guests on how to shop. And of course, help your guests commemorate their life’s most important moments and shop for their dream pieces!
• Presentations — You will take part in all kinds of events onboard the ship with your fellow crew members. You will host shows and seminars that educate the guests on the endless array of luxury brands at their fingertips!
• Media Management — You will have your own channel on the stateroom TV, where the guests will get to know you and learn about the incredible opportunities that await them. You will also work with the onboard broadcast team to film a variety of content that will help build your brand and promote to the guests!

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience required (bonus points if you have done luxury and/or jewelry sales!)
• Former cruise ship crew members highly preferred, but not required
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills - you are a natural in front of the camera!
• Soft skills: confidence, credibility, approachability
