Please call 731-668-0742, or come see us at 319 D Vann Drive in Jackson if interested.Duties and Responsibilities: Follows process prints, sets up own work, changes set-ups, and checks first piece to verify set-up. Performs exacting but not difficult set-ups. Moves housings using a hoist from welding fixture to roller conveyor. Visually checks weld quality 100%. Deslags first pass weld, and changes weld wire as required. Detects and reports faulty operation of equipment, defective materials, and unusual conditions to assigned supervisor. Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Observes prescribed safety regulations, gauging frequencies, and other standards of operation and conduct. Performs other related duties as directed by assigned supervisor. Education and/or Experience: Must have a High School Diploma or GED Must pass welding certification test Requirements: Must be able to stand for an 8-12 hour shift Must be able to push/pull with a force up to 65 pounds Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds, 50 pounds occasionally Must be able to operate material conveyance equipment Must be able to stoop or bend to move parts and clean machines and work area Must be willing to rotate jobs Attendance is mandatory and must be on time for work Must be willing to work overtime when needed Must practice good housekeeping Must be flexible and willing to perform any task assigned by supervisor Must be able to pass background check and meet substance abuse policy WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT: Weekly pay Earn while you Learn (online curriculum available at no cost to you) Direct Deposit Medical insurance options 401(k) options Apply today!
