Job Description

A skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is sought for an immediate placement in a K-12 educational setting in Greenacres, WA. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students through the application of behavioral analysis techniques. The role is set to last until the end of summer, with the possibility of renewal for the next school year for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Conduct observations and assessments to inform behavioral intervention plans.
• Develop and implement Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Collaborate with educational staff during IEP meetings and contribute to report writing.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience working in K-12 school settings.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
