We are looking to hire current and future BMW Technicians to join our service department at our dealership in Darien, CT! BMW of Darien is dedicated to the highest-quality service and support of our customers through a luxury car buying and servicing experience. We pride ourselves on maintaining an excellent work environment unlike any other dealership in the area!

Training:

• We provide continuous onsite, offsite, and online paid training.
• BMW & ASE Certification are a plus but not required. We will provide extensive opportunity for you to achieve these certifications.

Job Requirements:

• Motivated to succeed and driven to learn
• Attention to detail and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Professional demeanor and effective communication skills with customers
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record

Job Responsibilities:

• Visually inspect and document condition of vehicle based on customers’ requests or concerns
• Conduct initial diagnostic testing to identify specific issues impacting vehicles
• Perform maintenance services on vehicles ranging from routine maintenance such as oil changes and lube services, to more complex services such as AC repair, transmission work or parts and component replacement
• Document all services and repairs performed to provide to service advisors and/or customers
• Identify any additional recommendations for services and communicate with management
• Communicate with service advisors or other service staff if additional services are required and ensure information is documented and provided to customer
• Maintain a clean and safe service department

Prior Automotive / Mechanic Experience at any of these Brands is a plus:
