Role: BMS Technician
Contract: 7 Months
Location: Virginia
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain BMS/BAS systems and HVAC controls
Perform on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs of HVAC and BAS equipment
Support project teams with installation, upgrades, and commissioning tasks
Carry out preventative maintenance and ensure system compliance and efficiency
Maintain accurate technical documentation and service reports
Requirements:
Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC controls
Hands-on background in field service work including commissioning and system maintenance
Familiarity with PLC, automation, and system integration
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally
