We are looking for someone whose responsibilities will be one or more of the tasks listed below: Responsibilities Ethereum Blockchain: Deploy and manage Quorum/Besu blockchain networks. Work with both PoS (Proof of Stake) and PoW (Proof of Work) consensus mechanisms. Implement permissioned and upgradable smart contracts. Experience with Tessera for private transactions is a plus. Configure and deploy Hyperledger Fabric networks. Enable runtime addition of organizations and nodes. Manage MSPs (Membership Service Providers) with custom Certificate Authority (CA) certificates. Deploy multi-cloud organization with Kubernetes/Docker. Backend Integration: Develop and maintain backend systems to integrate blockchain. Create robust APIs and micro-services using Node.js or Python. Ensure seamless communication between the blockchain and backend systems. Security & Cryptography: Implement digital signatures using HSM (Hardware Security Module) for enhanced security (preferred). Knowledge of ZKPs including ZK-SNARK, Rollouts is a plus. Handle government-scale blockchain application projects in various areas of E-governance, such as blockchain-based supply chain provenance tracking, blockchain-based subsidy tracking, blockchain-based land registry, asset tokenization, etc. Collect software requirements from government departments. Design, develop, deploy, test, and support blockchain-based applications for various government programs. Any other related tasks. Qualifications Strong experience with Ethereum blockchain development, particularly with Quorum or Besu. Proficient in Hyperledger Fabric configuration, deployment, and administration. Experience working with permissioned smart contracts and handling upgradable contracts. Knowledge of managing MSPs and working with custom CA certificates. Familiarity with digital signatures and HSM is an added advantage. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Good knowledge of Public, Private, and Consortium Blockchain. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and cloud services (preferred). Knowledge of design principles and fundamentals of architecture. Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities. Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments. Familiarity with NoSQL and SQL Databases. Desired Eligibility BTech (Computer Science & Engineering) Travel As and when required, across the country for project execution and monitoring as well as for coordination with geographically distributed teams.
