Role: Sr. Project Manager – Beverage Manufacturing
Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid, some remote work)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
•\tLead beverage manufacturing capital projects from concept to commissioning
•\tOversee installation, validation, and ramp-up of beverage processing and packaging equipment
•\tEnsure projects comply with FDA, USDA, and food safety standards
•\tPartner with maintenance teams for preventive and predictive maintenance planning
•\tManage project budgeting, timeline, and cross-functional teams
•\tDrive continuous improvement and operational excellence in beverage production
Qualifications:
•\tBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
•\t7+ years of beverage manufacturing project management
•\tHands-on experience with filling, packaging, and utilities in beverage production
•\tExpertise in maintenance, equipment commissioning, and regulatory compliance
•\tStrong communication, organization, and leadership skills
•\tPMP, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing certification preferred
Physical & Travel Requirements:
•\tAbility to work on-site and travel up to 40% as needed
