Associate Packaging Engineer (Entry-Level)

In this role, youll work hands-on with prototypes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help turn concepts into real, consumer-ready packaging.
What Youll Be Doing
🔧 Prototype & Build Assemble packaging prototypes that influence consumer testing and launch decisions.
🛠 Support Tooling Development Learn the end-to-end process of building and validating new packaging tools.
Drive Project Milestones Help ensure internal teams and external vendors hit key deadlines.
🚧 Problem-Solve Early Identify roadblocks before they slow down major launches.
📊 Master Packaging Systems Become proficient in specifications, testing workflows, and documentation tools.
🧪 Troubleshoot & Improve Support on-the-ground technical fixes to keep projects moving.
What You Bring
🎓 Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
📦 13 years of experience in packaging development (cosmetics/CPG is a plus).
💻 Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
🎯 Detail-driven mindset with a passion for quality.
🌍 Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with global teams.
📈 Highly organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
📝 Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation abilities.
