As part of our editorial team, you will do more than correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation; we seek editors who help craft clear and precise scientific content. You follow the rules, leveraging your knowledge of AMA style, FDA guidelines, client preferences, and good writing practices. You thrive in team collaborations, are deadline-driven, and committed to quality contributions for print and digital projects. You are passionate about your work, adhering to the 3 Cs: clear, concise, correct. You are flexible, capable of managing multiple projects, and excel in an energizing environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or a related field At least 1 year of editorial experience Basic knowledge of AMA (11th edition) style Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Professional Availability to work PST hours; preference for candidates in PST/MST zones Preferred Qualifications Experience in advertising, pharmaceutical marketing, medical communications, or medical education Familiarity with Veeva/MLR review and submission systems Knowledge of FDA requirements related to pharmaceutical advertising Note: Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and organizational needs. The estimated range is $42,000–$58,000 USD. We offer a discretionary bonus, health insurance, retirement benefits, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off.
