Job Description

A great UHY client is seeking a Finance & Transaction Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm, be comfortable managing loan transactions, and hold a JD with bar admission in IL.

The Finance & Transaction Associate role is a hybrid position, with 3 days each week being onsite. This is a client direct hire position.

Finance & Transaction Associate – About You:

• You have 3-6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm;
• You have experience with drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions;
• You have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously;
• You have a J.D. degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials; and
• You are admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, the applicable jurisdiction (Illinois, Texas or District of Columbia).
