Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and meets all quality and cleanliness standards
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
• Train and develop team members to achieve their full potential
• Drive sales and maximize profitability
• Provide excellent customer service while serving our World-Famous Menu.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts and overtime as needed

The Wendy’s Story
First of all, yes, Wendy is a real person. And a pretty special one, being the daughter of our founder Dave Thomas.
