Crowley Webb is looking for a full-time art director to manage and execute the development of visual concepts and designs that bring client campaigns to life. The ideal candidate will work alongside some of the most talented creatives in the industry and collaborate on a wide range of projects for a variety of clients.

• Develop visual concepts and designs for marketing campaigns (print, digital, social media, and video applications)
• Collaborate with a creative partner and contribute ideas, concepts, and solutions
• Present creative concepts and recommendations to clients and creative leadership
• Complete design concepts that meet client objectives and brand standards with meticulous attention to detail, process feedback, and adhere to deadlines from start to finish
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team
• Manage relationships with outside vendors, such as photographers, illustrators, and retouchers

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or visual communications, or comparable work experience in a relevant field
• Minimum of five years of work experience in graphic design and mechanical production
• Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Drive
• Knowledge of (or willingness to learn about) data protection (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) and maintaining confidentiality
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a collaborative environment
• Ability to prioritize workload and effectively manage timelines and deadlines
• Hardworking team player who’s always ready for the next challenge

Salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 annually

Salary is always based on the unique set of skills, knowledge, and experience a candidate brings to the position.
