Growing Independent Automotive Repair Facility is looking for a goal-driven team member with outstanding Sales & Customer Service skills. We want you to be the best at what you do, and we are committed to helping you get there. We have polite, experienced technicians whose skills you can be confident in standing behind!!
We are seeking someone who has the following skills/abilities:
-Knowledge of Automotive Systems is helpful but not necessary
-Excellent phone skills
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to use proper grammar, capitalization, and punctuation skills
-Excellent organizational skills
-Ability to listen and understand concerns
-Positive attitude
-Team mentality
-Ability to follow our Values and Culture
-Ability to handle customer concerns
-Ability to successfully manage sales goals
-Ability to understand scheduling and time management
-Great computer skills/ management system
Must be able to pass a background check, and drug screen, and have a clean driving record.
