Company DescriptionThe Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach (HSNMB) is a 501(c)3 organization that focused on providing both the pets and citizens of our community of over 400,000 residents with the best service possible. It is our mission to provide quality care and treatment to our community’s homeless pets and enhance the quality of life for our community members by matching them up with pets that offer them the greatest gift of all: unconditional love. The shelter, located at 409 Bay Street in North Myrtle Beach, takes in over 1600 homeless pets annually. HSNMB is a no-kill shelter that is committed to saving all healthy and treatable pets entering its facility. The agency not only takes in homeless animals off the streets, but assists kill shelters by transferring in animals from those shelters so that the animals will not be euthanized. The agency also offers the following outreach programs: low-cost spay/neuter program, Trap Neuter Return program (for feral and community cats), low (and free) vaccine/micro-chip clinics, Pet Food Pantry and Humane Education Youth Program.
