Primary Responsibilities

 

 

  • Perform aircraft pre and post flight inspections to ensure airworthiness.
  • Perform required scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and inspections.
  • Ensure aircraft comply with all F.A.A. regulations and safety standards.
  • Perform aircraft ground handling and fueling duties as required.
  • Perform major aircraft alterations and refurbishments.
  • Monitor parts, supplies, component repair and overhaul, and fuel inventory to ensure continued availability of aircraft.

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

  • This position requires an Airframe and Power Plant license issued by the F.A.A. This certification requires classroom instruction time equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
  • Three to five years of prior maintenance experience on similar type aircraft is required.
