Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $500,000.00/yr

Advance your real estate career by joining our dynamic and supportive Fremont team as an Experienced Listing Agent. Important: This role is fully commission-based!

Responsibilities

• Implement a lead generation strategy on a weekly basis
• Host two open houses each month
• Identify potential buyers, follow up, present options, and provide ongoing support
• Gain in-depth knowledge of mortgage financing, local neighborhoods, schools, and all aspects of homeownership
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
• Actively participate in team meetings and activities according to team expectations
• Deliver comprehensive fiduciary needs assessments and manage an efficient home search process
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, group Hangouts, and Partner Calls
• Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in home identification
• Prepare and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients

Qualifications

• Motivated sales enthusiast with a friendly, competitive spirit
• Great at connecting with people, understanding what they need, and offering helpful solutions
• Comfortable with finding and reaching out to potential clients
• Naturally good at addressing concerns and questions
• Clear and approachable communicator who enjoys providing great service
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Must have a valid real estate license
• Strong skills in both written and spoken communication
• Excited to learn and grow professionally
• Well-organized and reliable
• Open to learning scripts and conversation techniques
• Good at managing time effectively
• Previous real estate experience is a bonus but not required
