As the Agency Marketing Manager , you'll be responsible for increasing our inbound pipeline while improving our brand awareness and positioning. Chief among your measurables will be growing qualified inbound leads, nurturing them into sales qualified leads, and supporting steps through the sales funnel.
You will develop strategy, devise experiments, analyze results, and perform much of the execution work, although you’ll be supported by our client marketing team for some tasks.

About the Position
We have an aggressive vision for growth, and you will play a critical role in our agency's continued growth by generating more interest and awareness of DOM among our targets.
You’ll work closely with the sales and leadership team to align on vision, build strategy, drive revenue, and be able to leverage the expertise of our marketers agency-wide.

Who You Are
You will have 5+ years of marketing experience, specifically in a B2B services environment where you are responsible for driving leads and your success is measured on both the quantity and quality of those leads. This experience will be heavy with digital marketing but include offline as well.
