Responsibilities Support senior attorneys in closing complex real estate or corporate transactions related to affordable housing tax credits. Contribute to transactions involving tax credits, public housing revitalization, HUD-assisted housing and lending as applicable. Represent investors, syndicators and developers in transactions under guidance. Qualifications 2-4 years of experience closing complex real estate or corporate transactions Emphasis on New Market Tax Credits and Historic Tax Credits Experience with tax credits, public housing revitalization, HUD-assisted housing and lending is a plus Strong academic background Benefits Competitive salary Strong benefits package Very reasonable billable hour expectation Great team environment with nationally recognized practice Salary will be commensurate with experience.
