The Role:

MAS Medical Staffing is currently searching for an Administrative Assistant to join our Credentialing Team. You will focus on reporting and communication of reports to facilities.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will:

• Generate scheduled reports for the credentialing team.
• Provide superior customer service to candidates and clinics you are working with.
• Track license, certification, and medical expirations to ensure timely renewals.
• Maintain copies of current state licenses, certifications, and medical testing.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, State and Federal policies and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned/needed.

In this position, you must have:

• Must be self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.
• Strong computer skills.
• Complete all tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Must maintain excellent attendance and punctuality record.
• Prefer experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to “think outside the box”.
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred

Location

• The Administrative Assistant position is located in Manchester, NH with the expectation of being in the office Monday-Thursday and remote on Friday.
