WHAT YOU’D BE DOING:

• Process high-volume Business to Business Accounts Receivable.
• Post payments to customer accounts.
• Send credit memos & statements of accounts via email to customers.
• Investigate and collect delinquent receivables by communicating via phone, email, and letters.
• Maintaining customer records and updating account information.
• Developing knowledge of Salesforce, and NetSuite.
• Work closely with sales, collection, and customer service to resolve invoice issues.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Fluency in English
• A typing rate of AT LEAST 40 words per minute
• High School diploma
• Basic computer skills
• Strong multitasking ability
• Previous Accounts Receivable experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Efficient problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently or with others to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

*Starting at:

• 37,440 Base Pay ($18/hr)
• 800 Estimated Royalty (+$0.38/hr after full first month)
• 38,240 Total Annual Pay ($18.38/hr)
