The Remote Accounts Receivables & Payables Clerk is a key member of the Accounting team and will be responsible for the tasks outlined below, with opportunities for growth within the company. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience. Experience with QuickBooks and/or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred. An accounting degree is a plus but not required. Responsibilities Process high volume invoices on a 3-way match basis. Enter and code invoices into QuickBooks/Microsoft Dynamics. Maintain an accurate AP Aging Schedule. Assist with month-end accruals and close processes. Respond to vendor inquiries. Process expense reports. Prepare vendor invoices for payment. Research discrepancies between accounts or invoices.
