Pay: $25 - $34/hr D.O.E.

Schedule: M-F 8a - 5p

Full-Time, In Office, Temp to Hire/Direct Hire

Account Manager Job Description:

PrideStaff is working with a well respected client who is in need of an Account Manager to join their team. The Account Manager is part sales with existing clients and client support in the oil and gas industry. The ideal Account Manager has experience working in the Old & Gas industry, has worked in sales with international customers, is willing to travel overseas and exhibits excellent communication and organizational skills. The Account Manager is a full time, temp to hire / Direct Hire position in Rosenberg, TX.

Account Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide First Line of Service & Support Via Phone & Email
• Handle Common Support Requests & Triage Advanced Issues
• Promote Company Products & Services to Existing & Prospective Clients
• Collaborate With Other Departments Regarding Customer Orders & Service Requests
• Provide Excellent Customer Service & Satisfaction Through All Engagements
• Assist With Additional Needs as Required

Account Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Great Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Strong Organization & Time Management Skills
• Proficiency Working With CRM Systems
• Experience Within The Oil & Gas Industry a Plus
• Willing to Travel Internationally Occasionally
• Holds a Current Passport
