Who You Are: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative 3D Modeling & Texturing Intern to join our team. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to work with industry-standard tools and software, specifically in 3D modeling, UVW texturing, and rendering. You will be directly involved in creating and optimizing high-quality 3D assets for various projects.

A Day in the Life:

• Utilize 3ds Max for 3D modeling and UVW texturing.
• Import STEP models and perform retopology to optimize them for rendering.
• Work extensively with Vray, focusing on creating and managing complex Vray shaders.
• Implement procedural textures and leverage Bercon Noise to enhance realism in 3D models.
• Navigate and utilize the Vray Frame Buffer (VFB) for final render adjustments and quality control.
• Collaborate with the team using Photoshop to fine-tune textures and finalize images.

What Will Set You Up for Success:

• Proficiency in 3ds Max for modeling and UVW texturing.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Vray, including complex shader creation.
• Knowledge of procedural textures and Bercon Noise.
• Familiarity with Vray VFB and its applications.
• Basic to advanced skills in Photoshop for texturing and image editing.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Threekit.
• Skills in 3D sculpting software such as Mudbox or ZBrush.
• Familiarity with Solidworks.
• Experience in game development.
• Knowledge of database programming/coding.
