  • Electrical Engineering
• This is a learning-intensive program designed to give you essential business insights and hands-on experience in your field of choice. It’s a full-time, 10-week commitment from May 28, 2025 through August 1, 2025.

What you can expect in this role

As a Spectrum Intern, you’ll be essential to two teams — your respective department and your Intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 28th, webinars, community service, cross-functional project, and final presentations.

Internship responsibilities may include

• Learn about the Managed Services (MS) Video catalog including Set Back Box (SBB), SBB – Fiber, Fiber Connect Plus – Remote PHY (RPHY), SpectrumU, TVSA, PEG Access Channel, Video Backhaul, and Ethernet Video Transport.
• Utilize multiple tools and applications including Salesforce, Granite, VuTyme (BMC Server), and others to successfully design and provision the following MS Video products: SBB, Channel Insertion, FC+ Remote RPHY, SBB IP Delivery.

Required qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited College or University graduating with a bachelor’s degree between December 2025 - May 2026
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

Preferred qualifications

• Network Engineering knowledge or Software development skilss
• Python a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Analytical skills
• Collaboration skills
• Communication skills – verbal and written
• Drives results through effective project and time management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Visio, OneNote
