Your role

In your role as a Customer Operations Intern you will: Work in SQL, Python, Bitbucket as well as analyze data using Big Data tools like Hadoop, Snowflake, and more. You’ll acquire exposure to a large subset of critical systems and create value for both Spectrum and our customers.

What you will bring with you

You are a motivated and driven student who is currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and you must have a graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.

For this position, you need to bring what you have learned in your pursuit of a bachelor’s degree and a desire to learn how you can impact the Billing Assurance team at Spectrum.

This is a learning-intensive program designed to give you essential business insights and hands-on experience in your field. It’s a full-time, 10-week commitment from  May 28, 2025, through  August 1, 2025. This internship is located in Maryland Heights, MO.

Skills and experience required for this role include: 

• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to author SQL queries on a beginner to intermediate level
• Attention to Detail
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Ability to work 100% in office
• Analytical skills
• Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
